Demanded payment before the massage. Booked a 4pm couples massage, second lady was running late… didn’t start until 20mins later, massage was decent but their phone kept going off during the massage and didn’t silence it after the first time. Also afterwards left a tip but then they demanded at least 20 percent. Which was not 20% quality for being late and phones being disruptive. Would not recommend!!!! Stay away!!!

I’ve been a few times and the massage was good and staff was friendly. The late hours and poor curbside appeal through me off a bit but all was well. I recommend they take payment after the massage as this cheapens the experience and would give an opportunity to add a tip. I will certainly go back.

We our tourists so I guess we can be conned. The massage was good however she left 3 times to answer the door and speak to other customers. I was ok with tipping $10 but she demanded I pay a $20 tip. A tip is based off your experience not demanded by staff. Very unprofessional to tourist.

Respectable establishment, got a regular deep tissue massage and it was great. Masseuse was very professional and put a lot of care and attention into her work, didn’t feel like I was being hurried. I got a standing massage, would recommend the same if you’re looking for a good stiff workout on your muscles! No frills and very competitively priced for the area. Will definitely be coming back if we visit the keys.

The most effective massage I’ve ever had. I was dubious of the place, as the exterior is pretty unappealing, but the reviews convinced me to try it, and I’m very glad I did. The massage was great, and much more physical than most, including use of the therapist’s feet, knees and elbows. I did feel slightly sore afterwards, but my back pain was gone and didn’t return for weeks. I definitely recommend the experience – I just wish it were closer to me, rather than a lucky vacation find.

They tried to charge us twice, despite already paying when we arrived. The charges are under a completely different company, presumably so they can say that it wasn’t them. The masseuse tried to engage in an “illegal activity” with me during the massage, and made me very uncomfortable.
