Positive: CommunicationI had Vincent today for an hour foot reflexology and then I told him I wanted more! So we did a 30min back, shoulders, and arms! It was fantastic. Next time I will tell him to do the pressure deeper on my feet like he did on my upper body. I was very pleased, and I didn’t get any attitude about the $25 tip I left according to previous reviews. I’ve had tons of massages before and it was absolutely unique but I feel so refreshed!!! I had read some reviews before coming and had zero problems! Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

If you’re looking for a relaxing massage for reasonable price try this place. If you want hard or deep massage look elsewhere… I tried this place twice ever since Annapolis mall got rid of my other go-to massage therapists during covid . Even with elbows they cant do better than my devices at home. Columbia mall has stronger massagers at the moment.

Hit or miss depending which masseuse you get. I have had several wonderful experiences with 2 or 3 of the staff and have had 2 or 3 that were just ok. Several times when I have gone to pay and tip the masseuse gets smart with you and acts like you didn’t tip enough. I tip 10-20% based off of how good the service was. My last experience certainly left something to be desired. Half of the time the masseuse only used her elbows and it was not until 15 minutes into a 30 minute massage that she actually started to use her hands and even then it was just barely decent. After my not so good massage I still tipped the worker 10% which was undeserved (should have been zero tip) and she had the nerve to ask me where the rest of the tip was. I addressed my concerns to her and she then told me not to come back unless I was going to tip better next time. Best believe I will continue to tip based off the service I receive NOT off of the demands of rude staff.

I went in for a couples massage and was under the impression that my boyfriend and I were going to be in the same room but we weren’t. The massage was good for what we paid. The total was $100 ($50 per person). We gave them a $25 tip and they were not satisfied with that amount. One of the ladies continued to say “no, no, no” when I handed her the money. My experience was good until that happened. Probably won’t be going back.

I normally have a great experience here. However, yesterday I had a 60 minute massage along with a 30 minute foot reflexology. The total cost was $70, which is great and why I come here. I gave the massage therapist a $15 tip because I didn’t have a lot of cash and they charge you $2 additional for using your credit card. The massage therapist said the $15 tip was not enough money because they only get paid with tips. I told her that I paid for my services and gave her a tip. She proceeded to yell at me and refused to give me the bottle of water that is normally given to all customers and turned my relaxing experience into a stressful one. Don’t know if I will be going back.

I have been here a few times and have always had a good experience. But last Sunday I came here, it was a decent massage nothing spectacular but it was good. When I paid my bill after giving a 10 dollar tip, the girl said I didnt Tip enough and they usually get 40 dollars! I looked at her in complete confusion and disgust… and walked away.

I use to come here a lot and they used to be really good I don’t know what happened to them but it is pathetic to even call this place a massage parlor because they no longer massage and only push on your back for the entire hour of my massage there was no massaging she stayed in one spot for a majority of the time I did not get the foot massage I did not get the hand massage they did not massage my legs or my lower back but this was supposed to be an hour long body massage I was so appalled that I actually paid for an hour massage just to feel like a child was playing on my back me and my mother both had the same reviews as we were getting our massages at the same time I will never be back to this place and to make it even worse when it was time to pay the lady was trying to force me to leave a tip when you couldn’t even spend the time to actually massage my back or any part of me for that matter you threw the lotion in large clumps on me while the facility is freezing cold then when it came time to clean up you put this hot towel on me and just took it off for me to freeze this has turned into one of the worst places I have ever visited I’m sorry I wasted my money

Don’t get gift certificates, they do Not understand math! I have had two $60 gc, and both times they have said that it was $40! Totally a rip off with the gc’s! Also, when having a one hour foot massage, the guy kept checking his cell phone! Totally Annoying Place.
