Critical: QualityThe 1 rating is for the ease of making an appointment and the price. I got the July special – 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial. The massage was more a back rub than a massage and she only rubbed my back. The facial was extremely painful and I have abrasions on my face from her attacking my pores. Needless to say I was very disappointed

Fantastic massage, this place is great!! I like deep tissue, high pressure massages to get the muscle knots out, but you can always ask for lighter pressure depending on your preference. They use hot stones and a hot towel also. Nice atmosphere, relaxing music, clean and reasonably priced- very pleased-I will be back!

Called to schedule an appointment four days prior and was confirmed for two appointments at the same time. After calling again to confirm and receiving a text confirmation for my appointments I then showed up on time and she told me I don’t have an appointment and that she was with another client. I won’t bother with this salon again and will stick to Refine Day Spa. Much better service.
