Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband and I went in for a relaxing couples massage and it was horrible! The two massage therapists talked to each other the entire time, despite me asking them to be quiet, twice. One left the door open, leaving my back side completely uncovered while other patrons were arriving and paying for their service. I had to ask for the door to be closed twice! Then, the massage therapist had the nerve to demand a larger tip, stating that she did extra and wanted more. My husband and I went in for a relaxing couples massage and it was horrible! The two massage therapists talked to each other the entire time, despite me asking them to be quiet, twice. One left the door open, leaving my back side completely uncovered while other patrons were arriving and paying for their service. I had to ask for the door to be closed twice! Then, the massage therapist had the nerve to demand a larger tip, stating that she did extra and wanted more. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’m 8 months pregnant and needed a foot massage. They did an absolutely amazing job. I felt relax, comfortable and in heaven. I highly recommend. It was an hour for $30. She started by soaking my feet then massaged my head, neck and shoulders. Followed by my arms, legs and finished with my feet. Worth every penny!! I will return! I’m 8 months pregnant and needed a foot massage. They did an absolutely amazing job. I felt relax, comfortable and in heaven. I highly recommend. It was an hour for $30. She started by soaking my feet then massaged my head, neck and shoulders. Followed by my arms, legs and finished with my feet. Worth every penny!! I will return!

When I was checking out to pay I put a tip on the counter and the lady had the nerve to tell me she wanted a bigger tip because she works hard and then continued to say something in her language to the other worker. When I asked her what she said she would not look at me and the other worker had the look of embarrassment all over her face and I responded that I knew what she said and that if she would have stayed in the room and actually gave me a two hour massage like I paid for than she would have received a bigger tip but I think $20 tip is more than fair for horrible service. Tips are just that tips and being harassed to leave a bigger one is ridiculous.
