Excellent massage and Lisa is not only a sweetie but very professional, polite and conscientious. She regularly checked to make sure the pressure was not too hard or too soft. She listened to and accommodated my personal medical concerns and used a translation app to make sure she thoroughly understood everything. There was no sales pressure for additional services like reflexology, payment was after, as I was leaving and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I will go back.

I love going to this place!! I try to go once to twice a month whenever I am in town. I have been to many massage places but this is the BEST place I have ever been to. Amy is the massage therapist I usually get. She might look small but she is a very strong woman.

The worst experience I ever had! The room was cold and the masseuse came out of the room each time a client came in, for a total of three times! Then would enter back the room saying she’s sorry while laughing. The massage itself was just strokes of back and forth, no technique whatsoever. Finally when the massage was over and I was getting dressed, she barged in while I was still getting dressed to clean the room for the next client. On top of all of that she was pushy and demanding a tip. Very unprofessional and I highly don’t recommend this place.

Wow! What an amazing massage! We’ve been road tripping for the last few days throughout Michigan so I was in a dire need of a massage. They were able to fit me in that evening and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. I also felt VERY safe in terms of COVID, as they told me on the phone I had to wear a mask and the masseuse was wearing a mask AND a plastic face shield. Price was extremely reasonable and was the cheapest of the 10 places I looked at in grand haven. Definitely sad this place isn’t in my hometown of Milwaukee, otherwise I’d be a regular!

She is very professional and she would find the knots and work with it. I know that she did hard but I would tell her little bit soft and she did. I did have a hard time finding massager to work through my knots. They just ignore and just rub and rub. That’s frustrating.
