Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot professional at all. Got there and had to ask if they were ready for me to go in because it was 15 mins later from my appointment time. The massage was good but looks and smells horrible. So dark and they’re night lights in the walls with wires hanging, no outlet cap, very sketchy and not relaxing. I felt like I was walking into a slaughterhouse. After I left they chased me out the door asking if I tipped. Of course I did but that was very pushy to me. Not professional at all. Got there and had to ask if they were ready for me to go in because it was 15 mins later from my appointment time. The massage was good but looks and smells horrible. Critical: QualityI went for an hour full body massage. I have gone here many times and found this service excellent. This time though, they had a young girl do my massage and all she did was my back. She did nothing to my legs nothing to my arms or hands nothing to the back of my neck.My daughter had the same massage next to me. My daughter had to come in and tell me that it was over. I was still waiting to be Flipped over. I came for a full body massage not a back rub with elbow sticking it to me.
