Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismVery unprofessional!!!(9/13/21 6:08pm)Literally just finished my session and one of the staff was very unprofessional. I came in wanting a 60min foot massage which is $30 and she was pushing me to do the foot and body massage combo during my session. I said no three times and then I said yes because I was curious anyway. Combo is $50. After my session I paid and didn’t leave a tip because the $20 extra wasn’t worth it to me and that was more than what I was intending to spend anyway. But she kept point to the receipt saying “tip” over and over and tried saying she gave me the combo and it’s $50. She said she gave me half foot massage and half back massage and I said I know and it’s $50 which is what I paid and she kept saying I need to leave a tip, and I said no. She then proceeded to ask for at least a $5 tip and I said no, if I would’ve stuck with my original $30 foot massage then I would’ve left a tip because that’s what I always do. When I moved here, I left an amazing massage therapist. I am 6’4″ 235lbs and need someone strong. I continued to be disappointed everywhere I went until I came to Asian Foot Reflexology. Michelle is awesome! They will almost always find the time to fit you in. Even though there is a language barrier, they find a way to communicate well, and are very friendly. Not the cheapest, but worth driving 40 minutes for.

I’ve had lower back problems and a shoulder injury due to playing soccer. Tried few other places before but found my therapist here! I’ve been going this place for over a year (14 sessions of an hour of full body massage) and I can easily say that I had a good experience in all of them. Since my therapist knows my needs and sports that I do, she uses her best technique to relief my pain. Highly recommended!

Went here for the first time. Read some mixed reviews mostly good ones. There was this guy sitting and smoking at the main door, blocking it, seem to be the owner. I had to ask him to excuse me so i could enter. Soon as I got in there there was nobody in the front desk lady walked out and gave me a blank look. She didn’t greet me or ask me how could she help me. after a few seconds she asked me if I was the one who called and I said no and she turned me around by saying sorry I can’t do your service because I’m busy. I was there to ask about the details about their deep tissue massage and if i book an appointment, since I was next-door getting my nails done so I could go there next time, but the way she approached without greeting me I did not appreciate it. I wouldn’t take my business to this place ever again.

Today I had a foot and body massage with Lisa. I had the best experience. I really need to recommend this place. I have gone to many massage places and spas as well. This has been one of the best massages I’ve had ever. It is hard to communicate with the masseuse because of a language barrier. But it was totally worth it. I really recommend this place and Lisa the masseuse is amazing.
