I’ve been here three times. I think I preferred the girl who I had the first two times, at least she did a better job with my eyebrows. I usually do eyebrows and upper lip. But I’ve always left happy. Just heads, if you want to leave a tip you need to bring cash. There is no way to add one with your card. You can pay using a card.

I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here before with no issue. However, I went yesterday and the girl completely butchered my eyebrows. First off, they are completely different shapes. One is thinner and shorter than the other one. My arches aren’t even close to the same and don’t get me started on the inner part of the brow. One is square and the other is round. Oh, and not to mention I have a whole bunch of bald spots. There is literally nothing I can do but wait until they grow back. I can’t even fill them in to look remotely the same. If you are willing to gamble on your eyebrows then go here but if not STAY FAR AWAY!

I don’t know why I keep returning. After today there will be no returning. This is the 3rd bad experience in a matter of months. Krista RUINED my eye brows. I have my engagement photos in 3 days and idk what I’m going to do!!! I’m person I confronted her about them being uneven and VERY thin. She kept arguing that they were fine. I decided to take a look at home and what a nightmare !!!! I told her a CLEAN UP. She completely redesigned my eye brows. Not my natural shape. And my left was left with a high round arch. I haven’t stopped crying. This is the 2nd incident with her. Very rude. Idk why she is still employed. When I called her she didn’t even bother to apologize. And told me it wasn’t a big deal just to grow them out and she had to go because she was with a client. I am starting to believe she did this on purpose. DONT GO HERE. So upset. I can’t believe she would do this. I’ll be posting picture soon.
