This was my 1st time going and I don’t think I’ll be returning. The young lady that did my eyebrows was rude and on the phone the whole time. She did my eyebrows didn’t try to clean them after she as done, I had to ask for a tissue to wipe my eyes. Then when I asked her to make them thinner she grunted like it was a problem. I didn’t feel welcomed. Just not a good experience for a 1st rime customer

I went I. And was very specific about how I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned, I have thick eyebrows and love them thick, and made that clear. The woman working took MOST of my eyebrows off and made them very skinny. I asked why she did that and she told me that she thought they looked better that way. If I wanted her to do whatever she wanted I would have told her that. Very unhappy and now I hve to look like ugly until my eyebrows fully grow back.

The threader allowed a woman to cut in front of us., without recourse. We will not be returning. Last month she turned us away because she didn’t have time to do a full face threading. ( It was 15 minutes before closing) not sure if the business owners are aware the employees are turning away customers. Very disappointed!

I used to come here a lot and it was okay. Lately when I started going again the lady (or ladies) are very rude. It’s like they want nothing to do with you. You try to talk to them and they don’t respond. My brows were uneven. Sometimes I forget to pull my eyelids down and the last time the woman got upset with me. Never going here again. Horrible service and raised their prices. I’m not paying more and getting less. Better off going elsewhere to get your services done. At least avoid the broadway location.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityEverytime it’s 15 mins before closing they turn me away just for eyebrows that take 2 mins! I have NEVER seen a company or worked for a company that u can turn a customer away even if it’s exact closing time. U help them and stay a few mins later, that’s good customer service!

Once the woman started threading my brows she did not talk when she wanted me to lift my brows and just kept saying mhmm. When She finished She said mhmm and walked away so i waited and she goes im done. I check out my brows and one was higher than the other and only way to fix it was to go thinner so i said nevermind.
