Highly recommend this spa! My husband and I scheduled a same day 90 minute couples massage, and we were very happy with the results! I could tell that the woman who worked on me could feel where I needed more attention. She found my problem areas without needing to ask, and spent extra time on them. The staff was very friendly and professional.We will definitely be going back!

I expected a better experience because of the reviews. Nice person, clean place but I didn’t get what I paid for. I am a licensed massage therapist of 20+ years and this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I asked for a Deep Tissue and it was super light pressure. She totally skipped my neck and shoulders. This was a 90 min massage so she had time to cover the major areas. I asked her to go deeper and she did for just a few minutes. The table shower was supposed to be at least 10 min and it lasted a minute maybe 2. So either this person wasn’t interested in working or she wasn’t professionally trained. I’m very disappointed and felt like I wasted my $. I gave 2 stars because there were a few decent moments.

Really bad experience. First, when you enter the facility, it smells really bad.. the room looks decent, but the smell is awful. Then the massage started, and the lady was moving very slow with every move. I asked her to put more pressure but I have no idea what she said, and continued with the same very light pressure. I needed a massage, not to be tickled. After the massage was completed, I was not happy at all. I paid cash and I asked for my change and the lady said that they don’t have change. DON’T waste your time to go there, since there are so many other great places that will give you a good massage and will listen to your needs.

Got a deep tissue massage from Bea. Highly recommend her if you want a strong deep tissue massage. It was painful, but she found the knots and massaged them out. My shoulder and neck were really tight going in and I feel a lot better now.

My husband had booked a couple’s massage via phone for an 8pm appointment, and we had a HORRIBLE experience from start to end. On arrival, the front desk appeared confused during check-in and had to call someone for help- leaving somewhere in the back. On returning, they said they already had other customer’s in the back (also for a couple’s massage but booked online for an 8 pm appointment). Therefore, they had accidently overbooked for the same slot. They then asked if we would be willing to wait 30 minutes to which we agreed since we had already made the trip there. The front desk worker escorted us to a room in the back and told us we could wait on the massage tables until someone arrived. Unfortunately… the rooms had air conditioning and there was only a towel on the bed to cover ourselves. My husband and I laughed it off and tried to wait off the 30 minutes. However, by the time it was 8:50 pm, no one had come in. That was enough so my husband and I got up to dress and leave. At 9 pm, some one knocked and asked, “OH, are you waiting in here?” Unbelievably, she seemed surprised there were 2 customers left somewhere in the back of their business. Ultimately, 2 masseuses came and asked if we were ready for our massages…. To say the least, WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I would suggest others to avoid this place as well.

My husband and I enjoyed an awesome massage from Fita & Cici. They made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere was great and the vibes were good. The music was very relaxing and these two ladies did a great job. Make sure you ask for the hot stones. Everything was well worth it!

My second visit,I called four days ahead and made an appointment with Eva. When I arrived I was told Eva was gone for the day, not wanting this to deter me, I was willing to try another masseuse. I explained this to two staff members. I was given a blank stare they walked away and disappeared in the back as I politely took a seat after a five minute wait,another customer walks in and stated she also made an appointment with Eva. She to was told Eva was gone for the day. And like myself she also requested another masseuse the difference in her experience. They seem to fully understand exactly what she said and was escorted right away to the back, I questioned the preferential of treatment, since we both had the same issue,and was told they did not understand my request. Once I was escorted to the back I could clearly see three employees huddled at the end of the hall staring my way and whispering this was very unprofessional Needless to say this experience made me very uncomfortable.

Had a terrible experience all together. Started from the moment we walked in. Check in process was obscure and minimal without any questions asked as what type of massage or anything. We were put into a room immediately and told to get ready. After about 15mins two masseuses came in, and after 35minutes they walked out. Ordered a 60minutes Swedish couples massage and the both of us got a 35 minute deep tissue massage. Was overly rough and talked through parts of the massage to pass some time. After about only 30mins of a real massage we were told that was it and to get our stuff together. We proceeded to leave still not sure as to why it was such a quick massage when one of the masseuses caught me by the door and blatantly almost demanded for a tip and was surprised when we said that it was a bad massage. Overall a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone really.
