Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been looking for a new massage therapist as my last one closed down during the Covid shutdown. I’ve been getting massage as part of my rehab after a back injury and have tried quite a few in this area. When I walked in the woman who greeted me explained the types of massage were available and mentioned backwalking. My experience with backwalking hasn’t been the best , either they know what they’re doing and it’s great or they think you’re a floormat.Lucy, the woman who greeted me offered to do 10 min to see if it was ok and that worked out really well, she was very good. She told me that she had an appointment coming in so the other girl would come do the rest of the massage. The other lady that came in asked what type of massage and continued the massage. A couple of things I really liked, she adjusted the pressure during the massage to what was comfortable to me and she didn’t insist on talking through the massage. I’ve been looking for a new massage therapist as my last one closed down during the Covid shutdown. I’ve been getting massage as part of my rehab after a back injury and have tried quite a few in this area. When I walked in the woman who greeted me explained the types of massage were available and mentioned backwalking.
