We have tried to like this place since they opened and have been going weekly hoping that they improve with experience. Sadly no. It is hit and miss, if you can get “Jen” you will have a great massage. Possibly the best advice :- *do not answer the business phone or your phone while massaging somebody, * do not answer texts with one hand while massaging with the other, people notice, *do not talk constantly with each other while doing a couples massage, *most importantly DO NOT speak to each other outside the room in your language when the client knows exactly what you are saying. And no, I do not want a free massage to remove my review.

I wanted to love this so much, but there are two things that could’ve greatly improved the experience: 1. The place was silent – no music or ambient sound was playing. 2. The masseuse took a call in the middle of the massage. Props to her that she continued to massage with one hand, but the overall experience sort of tanked for a moment.
