Worst experience!! I went to this place for a French gel polish and to repair of a broken thumb nail. First she sanded my natural nails with the tool, I asked her to be careful, she thin my natural nails that you can see light through it now!!

This is the worst gel dip I have ever had. No manicure before dip. Left my nails shapeless and thick inside. I literally feel embarrassed they are so ugly! I wasted 45 minutes not to mention it was super uncomfortable with the worker’s not saying one word to me and just looking at me creepy. I still had to pay and tip for these disgusting nails. I feel dumb for even letting her finish. You don’t deserve a 10 dollar tip you should pay me for all my damn time now I have to go soak these nasty nails off.

It was my 1st time at this salon. I got a pedicure from Henry. It was the roughest pedicure I have ever gotten. During the exfoliation part of the pedicure I told Henry to go easier as I was experiencing pain. He continued. I then told him he had to stop as I pulled my leg away. There were about 6 times throughout the pedicure that I had to ask Henry to go easy. When I left, both my pinky toes were stinging and my shins and calves were irritated. When I got home I called and asked for the manager. I was told he was not there by Tina, the person who answers the phone. When I explained what had happened, I was told that Henry does not speak English. Don’t think I’ll be returning.
