A secret gem of Downingtown! Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, this is a large and stylish salon. I was loyal to another nail salon till today. They took my walk-in emergency nail appointment with grace, after my original location “lost my appointment.” I was immediately tended to despite the high volume of customers already there. As someone with large hands I struggle to find people that can shape my nails to not look too wide, and Angel my technician, did a perfect job of shaping my nails and not making them too thick or bulbous. The techs are fast and friendly. 10 out of 10.

Got there 30 minutes before closing and sat right down. Got a dip powder removal followed up with this beautiful dip powder with my natural nails. Angel did them flawlessly and my natural nails are still really strong. Only paid $46. It’s an extra dollar or so if you pay with card so bring cash or they have an atm there also. I will be back!

I’m over this place . And watch she gonna copy and paste the same exact stuff she replied for the other 1 star reviews , she’s a joke . I came in w only a hour and a half to spare I specifically asked how long he said about a hour for a mani and a pedi … I get my pedicure first and then my nails, well my nails the girl “ angel” didn’t do even colors on the nails she made some darker then others and she was only trying to rush through me n was annoyed I asked her to fix it , she took her mail drill n took it off n repainted with no base coat so it looked all scratchy and it had to be redone again by another girl .. this girl is the girl that does all the designs here I loved her n she was why I came here to begin w but she made me mad this time .. I came in showed a picture of what i wanted n she didn’t nor did anyone else tell me just so u kno we can’t do that design , instead she did her own thing n it was not what I wanted the original design had those gold flakes she didn’t have that so she tried to do her own design w silver nail polish .. not what I asked n I didn’t like it n she got mad n I said y didn’t anyone tell me this to begin w I woulda did something else , n she said well we tried our best .. n she charged me outrageous price cuz I was annoyed with her , I was told 1 hour around , and was there for 3 hours 15 mins .. n the nails r trash , I drive a hour out my way from Lancaster city to here n I’m beyond mad I had this experience the way I was treated upset me and I was annoyed they kept messing up cuz all they do is rush they everyone instead of taking there time trying to do the best they can .. i will not come back, and I didn’t tip cuz she gained that in the price she up charged ume with and the paint is clumpy and not does not look like a clean manicure I had a doctors apt I needed to get to in Lancaster that’s y I was on time crunch n they INSISTED they could have me done in time and they did not .

I just want to say I will continue to come to this nail salon, but I will pick the person from now on. It will be either Angel, Tina or the other girl I don’t know her name. They are wonders. I had this guy twice already and I don’t like him at all. Tiny, thin guy. Very young. He is mostly paying attention on other people conversation, who is coming in and out. Instead of focusing in me. Overall everything else is fine.

I’ve been patronizing this business for years. I came in for a pedicure/refill on Wednesday, November 23 around 10:30 AM. I waited over three hours for my services and by the time Mia sat down to do my nails, I had already been filed down with the electronic filer twice by two different people. Mia proceeded to file my nails a fourth time, which resulted in her cutting right through my nail bed with the electric filer. I started bleeding while she applied pressure, apologized and continued to do the rest of my nails. She never stopped to wash her hands, never applied first aid, and continued my services as if it didn’t happen. When I went to check out, I asked what discount she applied for injuring my finger. Not only did Mia and her team refuse, to discount the service, they also charged me an additional four dollars for using my credit card vs cash to pay for my services.

I have a great experience every time I go here. I have gone here for a few years off and on because I don’t get my nails done often. I was able to show a reference picture and have my nails looking very similar both times I did this! I am happy with the outcome of gel manicures and acrylics that I have gotten here. I have only noticed that the gel manicures have went from $25 to $30 but that is not an issue. I also enjoy the hot towel and lotion on my hands after getting my nails done. I had Kim do a gel manicure today for Valentine’s Day with a reference picture (the red,pink,&glitter nails image) and I love them 🙂 I am always seated fast and the employees are friendly.

Don’t like this establishment. Went with my wife to get a manicure and was seated at a station to get started and no one came to do our manicures. We sat there for 25 -35 minutes waiting. The young lady next to us said she was waiting an hour for someone to come and finish her nails. We left. I won’t be going back.
