A dear friend went into this place on Saturday to have her nails done and immediately called me to share how negative and nasty her experience was. She was serviced by a man with a nasty attitude and treated very poorly. Do NOT waste your hard earned money here! There a plenty of shops locally that will offer courteous customer service and most importantly RESPECT!

I honestly NEVER like to leave a bad reviews but the experience I just had, I have to say something. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon I was the only customer and there was only one person ( Kenny) available to do my nails .. not the usual person I go to but I gave it a shot .. horrible decision. Not only did he get my shape (coffin) wrong which was extremely bulky and wonky and my length (medium) which was way too short wrong .. he over charged me, I felt like because $90 for a gel full set + pedi no designs is crazy but I did not complain about it because everything is expensive now so whatever but the nail in the coffin was when he asked would I like to tip, I kindly declined and he said verbatim “if you don’t tip don’t come here” EXCUSE ME ?? I always tip my usual nail lady who does an amazing job. if the services were worth a tip you would have gotten one. If I were a new customer I would never come back but I’ve been coming here for some years so I’ll be returning to my usual nail lady but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth to say the least.

The last time that I went in here they were really booked. I waited two hours and then got a design that looked nothing like what I asked for. I kindly stated my peace and asked if she could remove it. The women lost her cool in front of all the customers (I still remained professional) and told me that I should go to another nail salon that would be better suited for me. I still tried to pay for my refill and she sarcastically stated that I should keep my money. I wish this business well but they will never get my business again.

I have never been treated like this ever and I was previously going to Tina Nails on Belgrade for years and thought to just try something different, BIG MISTAKE!! I asked for a French manicure and the guy rolled his eyes. When I politely asked if he could fix one of the nails because the white paint was smudged he wiped off EVERY SINGLE FINGER threw the tissue paper, got up and walked away!!! I cannot make this up. I should have left but I was so desperate to just finish! The second guy finished for me but was incredibly rude. Please do not give them your business. They do not know the first thing about customer service and treat you like you are asking them for a FAVOR and you’re not a paying customer. I NEVER have taken the time to write a negative review before, I usually brush it off and don’t return! But that’s how disappointing my experience was smh
