I arrived and only one other customer was in the salon. The man asked me “Can I help you?” I replied “Gel Mani and Pedicure”. He told me to pick out a color. A nail tech comes from the other side sits down and I had to ask where would I be choosing from. Without much guidance or comments they pointed. I searched, sat down, the tech got to work. About halfway done the gel mani a group of teenage girls walked in, apparently they were appointments. The guy that originally asked me if he could help me asked me “You’re getting a pedi too?!” to which my nail tech responded- I didn’t know you were getting a pedicure! I don’t have time. I have to do the 4 girls appointments. She then told me I could wait an hour for my pedicure. Ummm no. I arrived a full 30 minutes before them. If he didn’t convey to her the scope of what I stated I wanted- that’s his error that now he needed to correct. In hindsight I’m glad they couldn’t do it because I don’t want to give anymore of my money to a place that doesn’t value me as a customer or respect my time. Knowing you had 4 appointments you could’ve declined me as a walk in. Instead you choose to take me and then decline my other requested services only to send me on my way since your “appointments” walked in. The gel manicure wasn’t the best I had. Certainly not the best polish job the left pinky is a bit polished over the cuticle. Service was bad- I’ll never come back. That’s for sure.

Please do not waste your money. After they finished my nails they looked awful. They charged $45 and said that does not include a manicure, just the dip. If you have ever gotten your nails done you can imagine what they look like. Very unprofessional as well. Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in for a full set with gel polish and the nail tech did not follow direction on what I asked for whatsoever. When asked what shape I wanted I told her VERY SQUARE. Next thing I know I look down and I have FAN nails. I then reiterated that I wanted my nails square and she then fixed the fan SOMEWHAT but ROUNDED the edges of my nails. I told her they still weren’t what I asked for and she told me she wasn’t done so I waited for her to finish the acrylic and finish filing and they still were rounded and not square. She told me that’s as square as she could do them so I asked to shape them myself. After I gave myself the square shape I wanted she then took the file back and AGAIN rounded the edges. At no point during my service did she use a drill on my nails so they’re bumpy and uneven and in no way the shape I asked for. My time here was great! I walked in and was greeted by a kind woman. The wait was only about 5 minutes and the girls took their time to paint my nails well. The polish stayed on for about 2 weeks which I expected from gel. The only place I would get my nails done! Everyone else that gave this place a bad review are trippin and clearly like to complain. Meh to them. Everyone who gave good reviews know what’s up!

I have been going to le Chic nails for as long as I could remember, the service is great and the staff is friendly. They always made sure if you’re pleased with your nails, asking if anything isn’t to your liking, making sure that your needs are first. They even ask me if I wanted something to drink, something I have never been asked in another salon. I had never had a bad experience in Le Chic nails. Le Chic nails is a nice, comfortable place to get amazing nails.

I have been a client here for several years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have only the best experiences here. They are courteous, efficient, artistic and of course depending on the time of year – the waiting is minimal/not overwhelmingly long. I have my favorite techs but all of them are very qualified and talented. I have referred many of my friends to this establishment and they are now regulars. I am very sure that if you are not satisfied with your experience that they’d oblige to fix it and make it right. One of my favorite places to go every two weeks – thanks Adrianna and Malu!
