Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityGot to the salon by appointment at 1215, left at 3pm with just a full set black acrylics. First, one of the staff members lied about not having black in normal paint, only gel resulting in a $10 upcharge. I then asked a second woman doing my nails about the regular black and she pulled it out and painted with it no problem. There would be times staff was busy with walk-ins and I was left at the table with my nails half done. Additionally, there was a child midbehaving the entire time, and I do realize that is beyond some guardians control, but he did literally throw something at my friend who accompanied me to the salon and I thought that was very unprofessional and not to business standards. Got to the salon by appointment at 1215, left at 3pm with just a full set black acrylics. First, one of the staff members lied about not having black in normal paint, only gel resulting in a $10 upcharge. I then asked a second woman doing my nails about the regular black and she pulled it out and painted with it no problem. They lied saying they only had gel polish for certain colors just to over charge us for gel. They had a wall of actual nail polish and I found them almost immediately. They were making rude faces and mad that I picked out the polish. My nails are extremely uneven AND THEY FILED MY NAIL BED DOWN SO LOW THAT IT HURTS TO MOVE OR WASH MY HANDS. This place has gone down hill tremendously. They lied saying they only had gel polish for certain colors just to over charge us for gel. They had a wall of actual nail polish and I found them almost immediately. They were making rude faces and mad that I picked out the polish. My nails are extremely uneven AND THEY FILED MY NAIL BED DOWN SO LOW THAT IT HURTS TO MOVE OR WASH MY HANDS. And to top it all off I was there for OVER THREE HOURS. Three hours for a fill with only three costumers in the building is insane.
