Every time I have come here I am treated with the utmost respect, given great service, and leave feeling so happy with my new haircut. To be honest I was a bit nervous walking into a barbershop for the first time, seeing as I am a female, but based off of the photos I had seen on their page I knew this place would be the best for the fade I wanted and these guys not only delivered, but also made me feel super welcomed in the space. These guys have always been accommodating and helpful and make sure that I leave with an amazing haircut that I am overwhelmingly happy with. 10/10 would recommend to any male or female presenting person who wants a fade that’s crisp and done to perfection. Also pricing is phenomenal.

First of all, let me tell all you folks out there that if you miss that old school barber treatment where you get not only the cleanest cut but also a place where you can get your beard either trimmed, shaved, lined up perfectly or all of the above…well look no more! These group of amazing and professional men are not only the nicest and most caring professionals in the field but I promise ALL of you that you will not only love the way these talented individuals take care of you as an individual but they truly make you look your very best. Sadly, too many other barbershops out there and commercially owned haircut establishments constantly are worried about quantity over quality. Here at Ashor’s Fade, these gentlemen ALL take full pride and responsibility in paying attention to every last fine detail. If they cut your hair, they won’t let you leave unless they feel the job is perfection. The same goes for when they do any work with your beards. For many years, I had the same lady cutting my hair until she moved to Arizona a couple of years ago. Until now, I’ve been repeatedly disappointed with others whom I visited in the past in an effort to find a new home…until I met Sargon of course. I can personally tell all of you that I found my new home for all my hair care and beard needs. Whether you sign the waiting list when you enter looking for first available or whether you decide to start dedicating to one specific barber, I can promise you all that you will be extremely pleased with the professional services they provide. Prices? Let me also add that you will NEVER be able to beat their prices and for the quality you get, I’m honestly surprised that it didn’t cost more. These are clearly hard working, humble men who take pride in all that they do. I proudly bring my Son here as well as my Girlfriend’s Sons. I also constantly recommend these men to anyone who ever compliments my hair and beard and asks me where I got it done. Let’s put it this way, I personally and HAPPILY drive from Lake Villa to Skokie to go to Ashor’s Fade. Give it a try and I promise you will all be pleased. And yes, they’re so talented that they also do Black Men’s Hair too and I see it myself. Anyone who knows, knows that that takes some true talent because African-American Men won’t just trust anyone to their haircuts, beards and fades. Give it a try, I promise you’ll be pleased to perfection!
