Dark chocolate and raspberry hair…yes please!! When the color fades it fades to a pretty pink and looks like cotton candy. And no, you can’t eat my hair. Out with the blonde and carmel highlights and live a little!! Life is too short for lame hair!! Add some color and life to your mane. You will be glad you did!!!

So I never ever leave reviews but at this point I have to. I have called to speak with the manager twice and even sent an email with pictures and got no response! All I’m leaving this review for is that so this hopefully doesn’t have to happen to anyone else. This is my first bad hair experience at a salon and I have been getting my hair colored for over 8 years. I just moved to the area and was looking for a place in town.

I stopped in today for products and I received an amazing extension of kindness, time, and insight on the products I came in for from both Tamara and Kayla G! Tamara also signed me up for the Aveda Plus Rewards and even followed up with a call letting me know I am all set to earn points towards product, this was so nice. Further, while I was in the salon, I also talked with Kayla about what I wish to accomplish with my hair color, she absolutely understood what I am looking for and explained how she would achieve these results. I was impressed so I made an appt to see her and I am so excited!

The first time I went I got a haircut and balayage. Both turned out great, pretty much exactly what I imagined. Kayla was friendly and knew what she was doing. My massage that day was from Courtney who did a great job making me feel comfortable being it was my first ever and she was skilled and professional. After that I started seeing Gretchen for massage to help me with chronic migraines and next pain. Everything started out fine. Progress was made and I was going every week for a month and a half. I was always on time, tipped well and did any stretches she recommended. Two weeks ago I had to cancel because my partner had to go into work and I had to stay with my kids. I called two hours prior to my appointment and made sure to ask pointedly that they tell Gretchen I was very sorry for the late notice. They did not tell her anything. And then she decided I was unreliable and canceled all of my future appointments. No one told me. I showed up last week to a lecture from her. I was going to make this review short but wanted to make sure the two good experiences I had were noted. Unfortunately Gretchen is unprofessional and apparently immature.

The experience was excellent everyone there is very professional and very kind . Kim was the esthetician that performed the service she’s very professional, Kim holds proper amount of continuous conversation and makes the customer feel comfortable, Kim is very attentive to make sure the waxing was not painful , she explained the products and the options, took her time no rushing was an excellent and smooth experience (no pun intended (waxing) lol) definitely will be a repeat customer! I highly recommend Kim for all esthetician related services.
