Pretty let down with my recent appointment. Due to a scheduling error on her part, the appointment I booked in advance was pushed back 15-20 minutes. As a result, I was rushed through my haircut and don’t feel like I was listened to or heard when trying to describe what I wanted. When I stated that it wasn’t as short as I wanted, I was told to think about it and if I still wanted it shorter to come back after Christmas. I don’t want to come back after Christmas – I don’t need to wait until after Christmas to know that I’m not happy with what I got. We should have had plenty of time to get it right, but I got talked out of what I wanted and rushed out when her next appointment barged in. Disappointed.
