I had my hair highlighted and cut. The lady that did my hair put to much blonde in my hair and the result was more like a color than just highlights and at $200 i felt disappointed- i did not want my hair to be all blond. My fault on the price, i should have asked what they charged beforehand.. but i was specific on not to much highlights.

Set by appointment and she still took her little friends that came In over priority, which I didn’t get to mad about because I had time to wait just the principle. Also MY hair color came out in one day and turned orange I did everything I was instructed too, I literally paid 100$ for two pieces of hair to be dyed pink, I went ahead and had someone else fix it, don’t recommend Ashley’s. , they are very unprofessional.

Made an appointment three days before. Walked in on the day of. Customer service was bad. No one greeted us when we came in. We had set two appointment at the same time so that we could be done at the same time. Only one person cutting hair. There was two girls sitting in the back talking. No one even said anything as I waited for 10min. I had to ask for help. Horrible place they even seemed annoyed that I asked for help.

My hair was cut a lot shorter than what I wanted. I wanted a little bit of a trim, but it was cut shorter than that. My hair was not the dye color I wanted and it looked orange with a hint of green. I didn’t like it and it took 3 hours to finish. I would not go there again. The ladies were nice, but I would not go there again.

They need training in better customer service. No hello, how are you? How can I help you? One lady just looked over and stared. I wasn’t sure if she was an employee or a customer, by the looks of her raggedy hair. I asked if they were taking walk-ins. She answered, “uuuuhm sure” while she shrugged her shoulders and lazily got her butt off the styling chair. One lady was on her phone, other just sitting around, acting like they don’t want to do their job. I decided I didn’t want their business and walked out. Not a welcoming place. They are lucky they are even receiving one star. I don’t recommend this place.
