Clipped toenails nails too short, didn’t completely remove polish from fingernails before starting refill, old polish still showed through when finished. Tried to pressure me into gel polish when I declined they had me waiting additional time. Attempted to over charge $16 incorrectly. I also noticed the 2 older staff members serviced white ppl 1st… I won’t be going back but I saw my colleague in as I was about to go she said it’s her regular spot for gel polish manicures & her nails always look nice… so I guess it varies person to person.

0/5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The workers are VERY rude and VERY unprofessional! The service is very very poor. Came on Friday, my nail was broken on Saturday! I had to sit and wait while another lady that arrived 2 hours after me was serviced almost immediately! I hate to say it, but Maybe I would have been treated differently if I was Caucasian. The gentleman with the chess tattoo on finger was my tech. I will take my hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment!!!

I don’t know who’s worse the cigarette smelling man mubbling under his breath over a pedicure I declined or his heavy handed wife telling me that the acrylics I had were thick& bad for my nails, then ripping the acrylic from the nail bed with her nails. Don’t waste your money anymore here because I’m not. The only good thing they did was return my water flask that I left because I was so disgusted with their service. Maybe they have more patience and gentleness with their Caucasian clientele.

The workers are rude and very discourteous. I do not recommend this nail salon. Additionally, they allowed their pet to lick, jump on, and sniff their customers.

I had the older lady do my nails and had to keep asking her to fix things. I got the dip powder done with tips. She did well with the shape but tried to get away with the bare minimum. Part of the fake tip was falling off and she tried to go without fixing it until I said something, tried to leave the top portion way too thick, and tried to leave an edge instead of blending the nail. The whole shop was unclean as well.

There’s certain workers to go to in there some are very rude, in a hurry, rough and when you tell them to fix something they act even ruder and don’t want to fix it hint go to the men in my view.

Ashley nails is hands down the best nail salon in Zachary. They are friendly and so caring. They genuinely want to make their customers happy. Wait times can be long and they are working to improve that but they take their time. They WANT you to enjoy your pedicure or manicure service and they want to make sure your Acrylic nails are done correctly. You aren’t just a number to them like most salons where you are in and out. This is a family owned business and customer service is Priority to them. I love this salon!! ❤️

Very satisfied with the service I received at Ashley Nails! I’m new to the area, so this was my first time here. I gave 4 stars because I came in for an acrylic fill, and gel polish color change. It took an unusually long time, but I understand they were busy, seeing as though each tech except one was with a client when I arrived. Also, I wish they kept the same tech on you the entire time. I had 2 different techs on me just for a fill, but like I said it was a little busy. They did do a great job, and I will return for sure!
