I went to Ashley Nails to get a full set. I showed the lady (the owner) a picture of what I wanted and told her I wanted coffin shape. The photo is what she considered “coffin” shape. I told her I was unhappy with the shape and she said she wasn’t going to file them anymore. I told her if she wasn’t going to do my nails the way I wanted them I would take my business elsewhere. She said she wasn’t going to finish my nails and still expected me to pay. Needless to say I cussed her out and left.

They never disappoint me. I love their service they are always very nice and when I get my nails done here they always last SOOO LONG. I’m constantly working with my hands and banging them against hard surfaces and they are still good as new. While they do your nails they always ask you if you are liking them so far and are always willing to fix whatever you feel needs fixing. Love this place.
