Do not waste your time coming here. I went in last Wednesday to do a gel manicure/regular pedicure and 2 days later the gel color started peeling off. This has never happened to me before. I’ve had gel manicure done hundreds of times before and it has lasted 10 plus days. Also, my feet nail polish started chipping as well and for me they last more than 2 weeks. They also did a horrible job with taking out my cuticles and filing my nails. It was the worst experience I’ve had!!!!!

I had my nails done this past Saturday and yesterday, 3 days later all my Dip Tip nails came off completely. I proceeded to tell Rosie, the owner that Justin did a horrible job and that I would like my money back. Justin then came up to me and said that used the wrong bondage for the Dip He did. Well how is he a nail tech ???? He doesn’t know what to use? Well the issue here was that he was in a hurry because it was his Anniversary and he had dinner plans in which he through in my face! How was that my fault? He decided to do my nails so if he had plans he could’ve told me to come another day!!! I will NEVER go back to this place to do my nails!!! Rosie is great and very talented BUT it’s sad that this Justing will drive all her customers away!!!

Rosie is horrible she has no idea how to properly run a business, place was dirty and so were the tools. she used tools on me to then used them on the next customer. Don’t go to this place, waste of money and time. Place is always dead for a reason.

They don’t sanitize tools between clients. While they were working on my manicure they used the same pedicure station for another person. The area was not cleaned after my service. They used the same tools and just refilled the tub. I will never go there again.

This place is horrible! I had a wedding today and went in to get a gel manicure. Upon leaving I asked the lady why did almost every nail on my hand have streak Mark’s she said that was my nail! I told her I have had plenty of manicures and this never happened and she just smiled. They stink!

I got a dip manicure two weeks ago. I chose a baby pink and once they finished my nails, it was a bubblegum pink color, not what I wanted. On top of that, my nails are different than what a dip is supposed to be, hair is getting caught constantly and the dip isn’t fading when the nail grows like it’s supposed to, very disappointed and confused. Also VERY UPSET because previous to coming here, I have two nails that are torn apart because it broke during a soccer game. I told the guy that I wanted tips which worked fine last time and helps my nail to grow, and he convinced me saying that acrylics were better, considering he is a nail professional, I said okay. Two weeks later, the acrylics have ruined the two nails and made it worse than before, nail torn apart once again and now I’m back to square one. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND WILL NEVER COME BACK.
