I came in here with THICK eyebrows. The new, young employee botched my eyebrows! She did not want to show me the ending result, and I asked her to let me see my eyebrows with the little mirror they have. That’s when I saw what she did, and she tried to say that my eyebrows were like that already! And then tried to say that whoever I went to a month ago messed up my eyebrows. That’s when I said I always go to this place and the owner does my eyebrows and all she said was “oh sorry.” And still asked if I was paying cash or credit. I paid, and the owner tried to “fix” my eyebrows by making them thinner and that still did not fix what the other employee did to my brows. All the owner could say was sorry, and I just left to cry in my car

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been struggling to find a good place to get my eyebrows threaded locally and this was a really bad experience. The job she did itself wasn’t bad, but her attitude was terrible. I called previously to make sure they maintained all covid precautions like sanitation and wearing a mask and the lady I spoke to said yes. When I arrived, she was not wearing a mask and refused to put one on. She then poured hand sanitizer on me completely missing my hands and got it all over my clothes and didn’t say anything. Then, I tried to show her a picture for her to get a slight idea of what I wanted and she basically didn’t even let me show her and refused to listen to what I was telling her the entire time.
