I had been going to Ashley for years. Finally it was time to do my extensions, we chose the beaded bonded one (dont know what its particularly called). She put the extensions in and atleast 20 of them fell out each week. I went back multiple times and she even came to my house because at that point it became a very big inconvenience for me (going back weekly to get the extensions put back in). I was fed up and finally chose to find someone else who had a little more knowledge on extensions. I then apoligized for any inconvenience it may have caused her. I even messaged her and said sorry for the inconvenience although she should be the one apppligizing to me for all the inconviences she put me through. Very disappointed in how she handled things.
