LOVE this place. Jennie and team always greet me by name, even if I haven’t been in in a while. It’s like a family. I hadn’t seen Kelcie for a year and we took up right where we left off! I’m a guy, so it’s a bit different going to a salon (although Jennie told me 25% of her customers are guys), but I love it. I walked out today with a hassle-free haircut I can be proud of, instead of the fast clip I get at the franchise down the street. Thanks guys for a great experience!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been going to see Jennie for 13 years now and she does an amazing job. I have gone to the shop for monthly touch ups and cuts and always walk out happy and relaxed. I also highly recommend for weddings and formal events too since the girls up there took such too care of me and my entire bridal party. Always clean and never had a scheduling issue that couldn’t easily work out. My hair is a big deal for me since it’s the one thing I do for myself and they make it happen every time. Thanks ladies!

Got a perm. Said I didn’t want kinky curls, even showed several examples of what I was thinking about. Got a beach perm and is basically straight from the middle down. Was told that the hair style was exactly as she expected. Funny, it wasn’t what I expected. She said she would have piggy backed the rollers if she knew I wanted it curly. But her boss (I guess she is) had just said when I made the appointment that my hair would have to be piggy backed since it is so long. So I feel she didn’t listen or look at my examples. When I complained, nothing was offered to be done.
