Natanya does a wonderful job at asking what areas are in need of work. She also is able to identify areas of need that might not yet feel troublesome, but once she addresses them, you feel the relief afterward. The massage is therapeutic and if you are an athlete (amateur), it’s a huge benefit. She also encourages work outside of sessions to make your life better. I love her community minded attitude!
