Critical: QualityThe nail tec was very sweet, unfortunately she didn’t do a great job. She mentioned she had been at A’s nails for 10 months, but seeing how she applied the acrylic powder it seemed as though it was her first time. The application was THICK and when I asked her to make it thinner she didn’t. Not only did I have thick nails I also had a lot of bumps and waves from the nail polish application. I had to go somewhere else and get them fixed the next day. The nail tec was very sweet, unfortunately she didn’t do a great job. She mentioned she had been at A’s nails for 10 months, but seeing how she applied the acrylic powder it seemed as though it was her first time. The moment I walked in the experience was stressful. Despite having an appointment they weren’t prepared for me and were not welcoming. After 15 minutes of waiting I was seated. The moment I sat down in the pedicure chair I felt bombarded and suffocated. I was told I couldn’t use the massage function on the chair because they needed to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time. So I had one woman starting things for a pedicure while another woman was reaching all around me and grabbing my hands and arms and positioning them awkwardly across my body.

I’ve worked with four different nail artists at a A’s Nails, and each one was very skilled and friendly. The atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming and collaborative. I’ve talked to several people there who drive in from Seattle or Redmond to get their nails done here! And with good reason, because the work they do is excellent! My nails have never looked so good!

Had an appointment and when I arrived couldn’t check in as usual. After 35 minutes they sat me in a pedicure chair where I sat for another 30 minutes soaking my feet until my pedicure began. All along I’m asking why I couldn’t check in as usual with no response. My nails were wrapped with acetone and foil, pedicure was complete. I sat there for another hour. Got up and used the restroom. Heard another women say she had been waiting an hour for her pedicure to start. I then sat down waiting for my nails to be done. Almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Another person walked in and my nail person proceeded to start with her. At that point I asked to pay for my pedicure and left. She said I was next. It didn’t matter. If someone would have given me an explanation at the beginning of my appointment I could have / would have been much more understanding. But being completely ignored and having an appointment was completely rude customer service. I will not go back!

Great manicure! What a nice and clean business. The ladies are professional and efficient. She listened to my directions on nail shaping and was careful not to grind the natural nail too thin. I will be back! Gel manicures

I had a wonderful experience at A’s nails. Kate worked on my nails and I just loved her. She moved up here from Las Vegas and it was actually her first day on the job. She was pleasant, very friendly. She suggested a little sparkle to go on my nails for the holidays. Very pleased and I definitely will be seeing her again. Thanks Kate !!!

Very mediocre pedicure (2 stars) but had massage chair so +1. I didn’t request the polish and that usually means nail technicians still spend time with callus removal and massage. But the lady just used the scrubber for 15 seconds each foot (not exaggerating) and went onto moisturizing and hot towel. I wasn’t sure if their process was different so I had to ask for callus removal after she told me it was done. Will not come here again

Absolutely exceptional service! Coming from Vancouver, BC I was scared to find a nail place I would have been dissatisfied with. I am always skeptical about nail places and have always selectively chosen a place. I am beyond surprised that this place has even outbeat all the places I have visited in Canada. But, the minute I walked in the atmosphere, cleanliness and welcome was so pleasant! Needless to say that the service of getting my full manicure and pedicure was beyond amazing. Friendly staff and very clean place. I would high recommend and thankfully am lucky to have found my new nail place.
