I used to come here often and they were generally pretty good. But this time when I arrived there was only one woman- very grumpy looking – waiting for me. I did not feel good but I already had an appointment so I went on. Her massage was fine. It was $60 for one hour and I gave her $70. She laughed as if I did something idiotic and said “ Tip is 20%”. I was taken back but just handed her another $2. Not a word of thank you. The place was empty, there were no other customers and I honestly don’t know how much longer they can stay in business. I know I’m not going back there.

I used to come at least a couple of times a month and never really had a terrible experience until recently. The receptionist has an attitude when you want to pay with credit card, then I asked for change to tip and I felt she was forcing me to give the woman a $15 tip when 20% would have been $12… she said “I’ll give you back $5 so you give her $15”. Tips should be based on service. I let it go but for that alone I will not come back.

This is a fantastic place to grab a massage either planned or on the go. It is clean and very easy to get an appointment… Most times they have immediate availability. The massages are of much higher quality than you get at most other places like this and the prices are phenomenal.
