Walked into this place a week ago for a price on a Balayage. Xochitl (owner) right away quoted me a price then referred me to one of her stylish Marlene for her to quote me on a price & to do the job. After quoting me a price $10 less than Xochitl’s quote. I decided to schedule my appointment with them. I week later I walked for my appointment & I reconfirmed with Marlene on the price which she agreed the same price she initially gave me. After being there for more 6 hours Xochitl’s kept being very unprofessional telling my stylish Marlene, she’s charging me too cheap. I then told Xochitl YOU! quoted me a price $10 more than Marlene. She right away started saying it’s going to be allot more because they are using allot more products than they should have. I was very upset & told her. you cannot quote me a price at your door then once I’m on your chair tell me it’s going to be more! She started getting upset at her stylish Marlene telling her it’s her fault for giving me that price and she should have only done half my hair for that price, with the exception of Marlene as a stylish Xochitl’s is running her business very unprofessional not knowing what to charge initially for being in business for 20 some years.

If you walk in it is really a hit or miss if you will ever be taken. First visit was quick and a good cut, the second visit they told me it wouldnt be long, 1 hour and 45 minutes later I left without a hair cut.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been, I went there 2 weeks ago and I stayed there 4 hours till they were done just to do a touch up and highlights all those ladies are to slow plus they tell you one price when you go in and wants to charge you a different price when you leave
