My first and last time I will use their service. If you want any type of twist style from them please reconsider. They did a horrible job! My 9 yr old niece could have done a better job! It took them 8 hrs to do my hair and one side was way shorter that what I requested.. Told them I will just go to someone else.. the owner grabs me and sits me down and tells me she will correct it and still turned out looking horrible. They dont care about the satisfaction of their customers…They only care about the money.. Stay far way from this place it’s a wast of time and money

A lady walked in to get the same style I wanted she started to braid her hair because she’s a regular…. I finally decided enough is enough said thank you for considering my hair but no thank you. She says I can start now are you serious????? Why not an hour ago. Chases me out the store trying to get me to wait. Classless and unprofessional…..I pay for what I want ….I will never be back. I am honestly confused by the negative reviews. The owner is very sweet and professional and I honestly loved my entire experience. My braids came out beautifully. The shop was empty so three women were able to braid my hair at once and I was in and out within 4 hours. I will be returning in 2 months and every 2 months for new styles and braids.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and was seated right away. I told the stylist what I wanted and showed a picture. I asked for long micro twist and Blandine and Crystel SNAPPED ON MY HAIR!!!
