My husband took me here to do my nails as a mid week date. The place was clean. There were many chairs for pedicures and many tables for manicures. They had a lot of nail colors to choose from…a baker filled with options. It was almost impossible to settle on 1 color.

I’ve gone here a handful of times over the years and typically don’t have a bad experience but today was less than satisfactory. I showed the photo below of what I wanted and I got the orange nails. Is it the worst my nails have looked? No. But certainly not close to what I asked for and I was cut multiple times on my cuticles.

This was my first time visiting this spa. I had manicure deep powder done by Gina. She was excellent. She did exactly what I asked for and it turned out beautiful. I was afraid at first because of all the bad reviews this place gets. So maybe it is a matter of what technician helps you. The place is beautiful and once again Gina was amazing.

After a horrible experience at Angel nails in Ellicott city, I came here close to home and let me just say I was so happy with yen! Yen has been doing nails for 10 years and came from West Virginia to this location! Her shaping and execution was total perfection 10/10! Highly recommend will be sending all my friends, clients, and family here and to her !! Thank you yen!

I tend to be fairly gracious about service related businesses, but this was unfortunately the worst gel manicure I’ve had, maybe worst manicure. Not only did it chip within 3 hours (and the “fix” the next day was to just paint over the whole mail rather than restart that nail, which chipped again), but didn’t last 5 days. The station I was at was not clean, despite the salon being empty. This will not be one I revisit.

This use to be one of my favorite nail salons to go to. Now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’ve given this place a few chances. Less then a year ago my daughter had her nails done by someone and her nails looked like a joke wish I had a picture. They looked like they were sticking up not natural at all. Pedicures the last 2 times have been less then 20 min. Most recent Calvin did a short Pedicure. My toe nails were trimmed facing different directions. He had me move to sit at the front and messed up my big toe. So when I told him he got an attitude rubbed it then proceeded to put polish over top I could see it had a big bump on it I asked him to redo it he said yeah ok. Then started adding more polish. I made him stop and redo it. And I’m not an aggressive person but he had me livid. They redip the wax also. This place is horrible. It gets 1 Star because that’s the least I can give. Sorry for the rant but this place needs to change. They are only lucky because of location.

One of my worst experiences. I read reviews before I went there and many ladies said Gina was their favorite. I actually got Gina and it was not a good experience for me. Gina was so rough with filer, both hand and electric one. She hurt 3 of my finger tips under the nail. I told her it hurts and she didn’t even stop. After all that filing and pain, the end effect is not impressive. My nails are rough on sides. The only good thing is that they are thin.

Came in for a manicure with regular polish and they did a terrible job. They did not shape my nails at all nor did they clean the sides to make it look nice. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Manicure

She rushed through the entire pedicure. I had to tell her to clean my nails. My manicure was just as bad. She even cut my cuticles! The service was awful so was there customer service. This is my 1st and last time at this salon Pedicure
