I will never go here ever again I had the worst experiences I scheduled an early appointment I regret it so much so the girl that cut my hair I don’t even remember her name but she did horrible job. I never in my life had someone not wash my hair before cutting my hair she brushed my hair and cut my hair dry. Worst experience ever every since I cut my hair there my hair been breaking so bad and loosing my hair. If I could give a zero rate I would.

Been going here for almost two years now and the service is fantastic. I’ve received a haircut from both Nao and Keiko and they are both so friendly and wonderful to be with. They provide you with such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere while taking their time in fixing your hair.

The male stylist, maybe the owner of the hair shop, is really rude to the customer, which I had never met in my life. I think he should close his shop and see a psychologist to learn how to treat his customer in a polite way and control his manner to the customer. It was really the worst experience I have ever experienced. Do not recommend this shop.

Excellent service, reasonable price. I was Greeted with tea/ soft drink, ipad with hair styles to choose and blanket. This Made me feel as if i am in japan! Every one was very polite. The reclining chair for hair washing was very comfortable. My stylist did not speak much but he was very attentive and his skill was great. I love my hair cut.

Do you have japanese hair? This is hands down the best place to get your hair cut then! Nao is one of the friendliest people i have met in my life. Arukas is mainly japanese so while the people there do mainly speak japanese I know you can still have a great experience. Come in with a photo in mind or a certain style Arukas can do it for you! I am never going to get my hair cut anywhere else.

Keiko is the BEST and has the most incredible attention to detail. Nao is such a gentleman and knows the most modern techniques and styles. I have had the best haircuts of my life every time I have come here and I am not Asian. Service is better than 5 star hotels!
