Recieved a pedicure from here a few months ago. Wasn’t bad, wasn’t good. Went for a manicure today, not happy. Had an accident moving from one chair to another. Informed my technician. She “fixed” it. It looks awful. It’s my index finger so now I have to look at it constantly.

I was one of their first customers when they opened, atleast 5 yrs ago. Last year they used dirty instruments and I got toe fungus in which I lost both big toe nails. I didn’t want to post a review about it but after today I am left with no choice. While I was there I listened to their greetings of other customers that I guess spend more money. I have brought 3 different ladies in there with me and paid over $200 each time. I have never gotten out of there spending less than $100. Not to mention I very rarely get a technician with more experience or one that can communicate in English with me. I am tired of spending so much money for minimal service and the staff acting like they don’t know who I am. I guarantee you they don’t have many bald cancer clients! I paid for facial wax and still have hair, very poor job. Not to mention I saw no sanitized packaged instruments. I hope I don’t get fungus again

Very dissatisfied! Salon is beautiful but that’s it. The woman who did my nails did not remove all the prior dip. I had to ask her to take the rest off so that the new nails would adhere. She cut them very short, thin on the tips and very thick and bulky on the rest. I told her I had shoulder issues and she still jerked my arm repeatedly. It took her an hour and a half to do a horrible job. When I went to check out they told me a price that was $16 more than what I had been quoted when I booked the appointment. Customer service was horrible. Three days later, I went back in as four of the tips were chipping off and the nails breaking. She touched them up and was even ruder than the first time. Four days later my thumbnail totally just came off. I went back and the owner/manager fixed my nail and touched up the others. The woman who had done my nails before stood over my shoulder and fussed the whole time. Of course, I had no idea what she was saying. The owner was very kind. I will never go back there.

Price Increases?! Basic Pedicure with a french gel is $46! Told it was going to be $30. I tip $16, but I felt like they included the tip already. I paid $96 total: $46 for pedi & $46 for acrylic fill(which I thought fill price was reasonable). So my total was $111 …most I’ve ever paid but that included a $16 tip. They do a great job but too much $ for what’s supposed to be the cheapest basic Pedicure. Polish changes only are $26…i pay $10-15 everywhere else.

I have been coming here regularly since 2018 for pedicures and SNS nails. My girlfriends come with me for pedicures. And now my mom comes regularly to do SNS nails too. Sheri is always helpful when it comes to helping me pick a color and even shape when I want something different for my nails. I’ve seen her do amazing things with nail art. It’s easy to make an appointment and everyone is super friendly!

Price increases—found out AFTER pedicure. This was at one time a classy place to have a pedicure, manicure and waxing done. But recently I went in and it wasn’t very busy, and found the prices had gone up $5 ($30 pedicure + $5 color) & the gal who did my nails continued to push on bruises on my knees until I had to ask her to stop. At one time this was a 5-star establishment. Some of the workers offered their guests drinks, I did not get asked. When I inquired she acted like she didn’t understand me and continued her private conversation with the male tech next to her.
