Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst of all they messed up my shape completely. Can’t really tell in the picture, but they are extremely pointy and uneven for an almond shape. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here for over 10 years. They do an amazing job at every service I have ever had done.They do beautiful gel and dip powder nails. They offer complimentary back and shoulder massage with every service-they always greet customers with smiles always very nice and friendly. Everything is extremely clean and I am very picky about that. It is also decorated beautifully. Their pedicures are excellent with 15-25 minute foot massage always.Also always best to try and get appointment because they are always busy. They do accommodate walk-ins as well.I will never go anywhere else but here. Critical: CleanlinessWent with my friend to get our nails done. We got in relatively fast and I was really excited because the man doing my friends nails was doing a great job. The woman who did mine was nice but she was a bit rough with the nail file. So much so that every single finger got a cut. Most of them bled and when washing my hands they sting really badly but sting in general a lot. Im sad because my friends nails came out great and was not cut. Probably will not be going back as it is very unsanitary to be cut that many times especially since I think the same nail file that was used on my nails was the same as the one that was used on the client before me. Went with my friend to get our nails done. We got in relatively fast and I was really excited because the man doing my friends nails was doing a great job.
