Called ahead and asked owner if she was experienced doing a very loose perm on baby fine hair.. she assured me she was and would do it herself. Ended up having an employee do it instead, and even after showing pictures of what I wanted and did not want, the woman gave me a small roller tight perm that has turned my hair into a ball of dry frizz that I’m still treating four months later. Worst salon ever. Wouldn’t take my dog there.
