Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe people I know who went there never returned, because of their disgusting customer service and their terrible haircuts. I’m 100% the people who gave them 5 stars are their friends and they were told to put 5 stars. I know how bad it is because I sent my son there for a simple fade and lineup and instead his hair line got messed up and almost turned bald. He got picked on and didn’t go to school for a week. When I went to the barbershop to talk to them the owner started making excuses and didn’t even apologize or ask who did it. The people I know who went there never returned, because of their disgusting customer service and their terrible haircuts. I’m 100% the people who gave them 5 stars are their friends and they were told to put 5 stars. Doesn’t do what you ask, no safety regards when using high pressure air gun. Does not clean clippers in between cuts. I actually got up and left in the middle of the cut and left.
