Comfortable atmosphere, phenomenal stylists and reasonable prices. I visited Artists and Architects Salon and saw stylist Kayla. She listened exactly to what I wanted to do with my hair and executed it perfectly. I absolutely adore my results and the compliments have been non stop! Kayla was also extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for somewhere to do your hair this salon is definitely worth a visit!

Critical: QualityI called to book an appointment for Saturday.. they said I should come in for a consultation. I assumed we would do the consultation and then do my hair. I already knew what I wanted.. but hey.. a consultation is great! NO.. I was super bummed when I found out it was ONLY a consultation which literally took 7mins. I was charged $25 for that which I was told would go towards my final bill. She was able to get me in the following Tuesday. Lauren is super sweet andvery polite. However, I feel she is a bit inexperienced. Explained to her I wanted balayage same technic I get all the time. Showed her a picture (during our consultation) she said it would be easy. Anyways.. it looks like I have highlights opposed to the every so flowing balayage look. She applied one color to my hair. I was SHOCKED when the total bill was $386.86! Below is the pic I showed her and the end results. I did tip her as I’m sure she tried her best but feel the communication needs to be better. Being honest.. this is the worst coloring I’ve ever experienced.
