They took the time to really look over my face, ensure what I thought I wanted was what they would recommend and totally blew it out of the water. I went and saw Gigi for my first ever Botox appointment. Talk about nervous. But Kelly and Gigi made my experience Pure gold. They took the time to really look over my face, ensure what I thought I wanted was what they would recommend and totally blew it out of the water. The atmosphere is incredibly clean but not cold and sterile feeling like a doctor’s office…it has a gorgeous spa-like vibe.I walked in not even knowing what I wanted, as I am new at this and was referred over by several people (including my esthetician!) to just “freshen up” my look. She took her time assessing my needs and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. I told her my smile lines bothered me, and a few wrinkles on my forehead. What I really loved was the fact that she was honest, and took the time to explain the process. Instead of trying to give me too much to make an extra buck, she asked me to smile and gently explained that with a symmetrical smile, if she was to inject a filler on one side it would make my smile look lopsided. She said to me on my first visit, “it’s not a bad thing, it means you’re expressive!” I thought that was incredibly sweet and also spoke volumes about her level of expertise and professionalism.
