Michelle is amazing. Most hardworking person I met in a very long time. My appointment went amazing she started at my given time. Greeted me I got to know her a bit and she seemed very amazing person. Also can we appreciated how she has transformed my own cut hair in quarantine into these amazing luscious looking hair my God they look and feel so good. I feel bad posting this because my stylist, Michelle, was very kind, but my haircut turned out pretty awful. I had next to no layers and the ends were pretty brittle so the plan was to cut up to the healthy hair, lightly layer, and add a bit of face framing. This place is adorable. It’s a little hard to find because it’s on the back side of an office building but well worth the search. It was the best haircut I’ve had since I moved to Norfolk 15 years ago. I was amazed because I had nothing to complain about. Absolutely love this place. Oh and my hair stylist was amazing. They only have two stylists who work there and I hear the other one is amazing as well so you can’t go wrong.

Had my hair done by Michelle and she ruined my hair. My hair fell out I can’t dye or highlight my hair I’m left with orange burnt,gray.black, hair. No other hair dresser will touch my hair cause you destroyed my hair. This happened in April and I’m still suffering with this mess. You should give me my money back!!! It’s a shame I have to live with my hair like this I trusted you. I hope you don’t do this to anyone else. They made me give you a star.
