Arrived on time and Elle was 20 minutes behind. Not a problem, sat down until I was called. When I arrived she did not apologize for the delay or greet me. She asked to see a picture. She then could not give me 5 minutes of her time to consult with a first time client. Her tone was extremely rude and rushed me to do my hair. There is no excuse or justification for being rude and laughing at a potential client. None. Very unprofessional, will not spend my money on this woman. Buyer beware.

She is really educated with natural hair services; however my customer service was horrible the last time that I visited her for services. I scheduled on the website for a service and decided to go one late evening, since many slots were not open. Once I arrived, I had to wait until she let me in, which was not a problem. I could tell that she had an attitude. I had to speak first and greet her and she became upset asking if I read and followed the instructions in the email that she sent to me. I honestly misread the email and I did take accountability and apologized for wasting her time. I asked if I could have her service my ends prior to leaving and she did not hesitate to say No.
