My daughter came in this morning for a hair emergency. My 14 year old had bleached half of her own hair and it was a disaster. So much breakage and damage! I took her to Artistre this morning to see if there was anything they could do to help her. Gina took her quickly and was so kind in helping her hair. When you are 14 a bad hair day can ruin everything. Everyone from the two people at the counter, to all of the stylists were so kind to my daughter. They didn’t make her feel stupid for messing up her own hair. Even Gina said “We all make mistakes, you’re a future colorist in the making!” – It made my daughter feel so much better about her mistake. Gina took great care in making sure she did her best to even out the hair, and try to make it manageable while not harming the integrity of my daughter’s already damaged hair. She talked my kid through every step that she cut and thinned, making her as comfortable as possible. I thank you all, you made a very sad and scared young girl feel much better about making a mistake. Thank you. I will recommend this salon to anyone.

Everyone here is amazing from the front desk to the wash stations to the hair dressers! I have been a client of theirs for many years. I absolutely love the entire team and the way they treat everyone like family when they walk through the door. My hair always looks amazing and they have the most beautiful location. Love it here! Color was done well. My hair cut not as much. probably the worst cut I have ever had. I have naturally curly hair so it is not easy to cut. The stylist said she was good with curly hair. It has been a couple months and my hair is still so uneven and knots easily in the back. It is not layered, it is short in the back middle of my head. Maybe if it didn’t cost $80(without tip) just for the cut I wouldn’t be so unhappy. I am not one to leave a bad review, just make sure you know the person doing your hair actually knows what they are doing. I will not be returning. Good luck.
