The nail technician Peter is such a GROUCH! Nasty attitude for no apparent reason at all! The elderly comes in not knowing exactly what it is they want and he gets frustrated! Poor customer service! Customer service is terrible. Older man there snatched color samples from my hands. Was extremely rough while taking off my previous nails. After my nails were finished and nails were STILL drying he immediately asked could I pay NOW no one else that checked out while I was there was rushed they all went to the counter to pay. Didn’t bother to put cuticle oil on my other hand once it was finished. I’ve never had such bad customer service at any other nail shop. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

The nail tech was a man that did my nail he did the rest of my nails semi correctly the polish on my nails are Buffy ! Meaning the polish is easy to come off !!!!! when i told him to correct it he had a nasty attitude about it said “ there is nothing wrong with it that is the skin on your nail “ which i knew that was a lie because i go to get my nails done at DIVAS NAILS which they do a awesome job on my nails EVERY TIME . I choose this one because it was the only one open on Sundays but i will not be returning to them and their nail work will no longer be on my nails
