Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am SO impressed by Fiona’s work and I will absolutely be coming back! I’ve had lip fillers every 6-12 months for over 5 years and needed to find a new injector when I moved to Chicago and Fiona is by far the BEST injector I have ever had. Luckily, I heard about Fiona through a friend-of-a-friend and I was convinced after I read all of the reviews! Going into the appointment, I had a feeling I would need some of my old lip filler dissolved and I was pretty nervous but Fiona made it as comfortable as possible for me (which I truly appreciate since I am a bit scared of needles) and the tiny bit of dissolving she needed to do was not as bad as I thought it would be. (If you’ve gotten fillers for years, you know how this can be necessary at some point in order to keep things looking natural and soft!) I came back 2 weeks later for my new syringe of filler and I was amazed at how perfectly symmetrical they were and how my lips suited my face in a way they never had before! I am SO impressed by Fiona’s work and I will absolutely be coming back! I’ve had lip fillers every 6-12 months for over 5 years and needed to find a new injector when I moved to Chicago and Fiona is by far the BEST injector I have ever had. Fiona is also a very kind women and is delicate With her techniques.Karena is amazing with her skin techniques she is very delicate and very professional. Jessica joined the team and what a great fit, she also is delicate and professional. Kristy at the front desk is super sweet and funny. The one thing appreciate more then everything is what lengths Fiona and the crew go to, to make sure I feel safe from Covid. They great with a mask and gloves and the environment is very clean. Fiona is also a very kind women and is delicate With her techniques.Karena is amazing with her skin techniques she is very delicate and very professional. Upon visiting here, I was surprised in the best way possible to see the absolute perfectionist Fiona is. I’ve never had someone examine my face as thoroughly as Fiona did, and the work she did is beyond exquisite. It’s now been one week since I got my treatment here, and I’m thoroughly impressed. I consider myself lucky to have found this place- the staff is extremely friendly, super understanding, accommodating, and Fiona is incredibly talented and amazing at what she does.The prices are amazing, and the result I’ve gotten is better than times I payed double the amount I paid here. I really couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m coming only here in the future. Positive: QualityI was lied to and believed that my lips would never be able to be symmetric by a nurse because of the natural slant I had so with filler they were injected and always turned out lop sided. One visit with Fiona and promised me she could fix that no problem. all she used was .6 filler and 2 weeks later my lips are literally straight and normal. I am so relieved.
