Called to book an appointment and a man answered, “Artistic”. I stated that I would like to book an appointment for a pedicure for this afternoon. He simply stated, ” No, we don’t have any.”, then he waited in awkward silence for me to get off the phone. Please give this person some customer service training- especially in proper phone etiquette.

Tried to make an appointment and the guy said, we have no more appointments for today. I asked about a walk in and he point blank said “NO”, nothing else … no apologies, no offer to call me if they get a cancellation just a point blank, “NO”, not a good impression to gain more customers. I guess they don’t need any new ones. I sure as as hell won’t go there no matter how good they are. Very rude and no personality. If it was the business owner you could use more training on customer service .
