The rating seemed a bit intimidating (4.2) but I honestly really liked them. I don’t think that score reflected their skills. They were very kind and well worth the price. Gave us the full pedicure with a great massage. I had a young lady who really paid attention to detail, and my dad, had an older woman who really took the time to make sure he was comfortable.

I have been going here on and off for 7yrs. I drive from Salem area for the service because I enjoy them so much. However, the last time I was there I told the girl I wanted my nails done thicker as the last time they were done to thin and chipped. She not only refused to do it but argued with me about it, and guess what her I sit 60 dollars later, 4 days later and chipped damned nails!!!! I have been doing my nails for 30 years I know when there to thin. I drove 45 minutes, I waited an additional 1.5 . To be told I don’t know what iam talking about and now chipped nails. Very disappointed!!!

It depends on who does your nails. The person that I normally have do my nails was on vacation. So my last experience was an expensive lesson. She chose the wrong color, didn’t listen when I told he so, burnt my toe with the dremmel game me a scab when she took the polish off she didn’t remove it all before she put the new polish on. There were bumps in the polish and when I told her she acted like she could see it. My toes seemed dried out afterwards. Ugh. But I am happy that next time I will go to my regular person.
