Got the foot massage with my wife. Overall liked the chairs and soaking setup a lot. People there were very friendly and were able to accommodate us right away even though we just walked in. The foot massage was $40 each plus tip for 30min. It was good but the pressure was generally too soft compared to other ones I’ve been to (my wife thought the same). Might be good if you prefer a lighter pressure foot massage. Think they are probably focused mostly on nails.

I was I little nervous coming here based on the reviews but it was close to the resort and I could walk there. I just needed a fill with gel polish and they did a great job. Much attention to detail with shaping the acrylic and the finish looks great. I would come here again on our next trip.

I really try to support this business as they are right down the street from me but this is the 2nd time I’ve gone to them allowing them to redeem themselves but i’ve been let down again. Thank you for taking me in last minute but if I knew what I was getting I would have drove into Lahaina. 3 stars is being generous but by the pics you can decide if its worth it to go. Basic nail polish (not gel) & i got this + they let me walk out of the salon with the mint lotion stuff still on my leg. Thanks for looking out. I will not be going back and words of advice take care of the local people because we are the ones that give recommendations to the tourist & we will come back if treated right even though you’re high priced.

Great place. We worried about some of the reviews, but they took us right in and it was amazing. Long massage and thorough job and my wife’s toes look great. Very nice people and loved hearing a bit about their story. Great massage chairs too…just what the doctor ordered for a change of pace from the beach.

Called this location because they had the word “artistic” in the name. Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a mani pedi French polish, evening out of my nails, a standard appointment in my mind. When I got there, it felt like everything I asked for was a burden and was an inconvenience to them. I was confused because I called to make sure they could do what I was requesting and we arrived on time for the appointment. From the very beginning it was not a great experience and I ended up cancelling my manicure because my toes were done so badly. Too bad I didn’t get a photo because the French polish was so uneven and choppy, I drove to the drug store immediately to get mail polish remover. Very sorry to have supported a local business to get this kind of treatment.

A terrible experience overall. The staff seemed very unknowledgeable regarding the gel process. I’ve had gel manicures in the past and never has it burned when curing under the UV light. At this place, very painful when curing which means the gel was applied too thickly or it was a poor product or bad light. In other words, it should never be painful when curing the gel coat. I should have stopped immediately. This can result in serious injury to the nail. Plus the application was so poor. I had a French manicure and the technician struggled to make an even and consistent edge or line. It didn’t even extend to the full side of my nail. Difficult to explain but suffice it to say, I could have done better giving myself the manicure. Plus, the tools don’t appear to be sterilized. The chemical odor in the salon was excessive. I really am disappointed in that I didn’t just leave upon walking in and observing such deficiencies. Do not go to this salon.

Very disappointed in salon. One person can do acrylics and was on vacation. Person doing pedicure was interrupted by phone at least 10 times. She was unfriendly and very rude to walkins.. would never go back. My pedicure was one if the worst. Polish looked like a mess. Pedicure

Great pedicure, even the kids enjoyed every minute. Massage chairs were great, they really take the edge off of your vacation. Full service nail salon as well. My feet look and feel great. You may want to call ahead, it wasn’t busy when we got there but it certainly got that way before we left.

Don’t like posting a bad review. I revived a very painful and sloppy manicure. Was still charged $45. The staff did not want to discuss the work and I didn’t want to haggle.
