She does an amazing job on my hair. I never feel rushed. The atmosphere is relaxing laid back yet professional. They took all the required precautions during the pandemic. This business is a hidden gem.

I now live well north of the Tower, and my commute for hair cuts has me battling highway construction and beach traffic alike for my appointments, and it’s absolutely worth it. A comfortable and very friendly environment with caring and talented professionals, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I loved my experience! I booked with Brandy for a simple cut back in November and was very happy with the result. I am from out of state, here for school, and really needed to get my hair done again last weekend. I booked with Brandy again, but this time for a trim and color. I went in thinking I was getting a full head of highlights. Brandy was unaware that I had temporary green/teal dye in my hair (make sure to use the comment section when you book to explain these things as I didn’t realize how important it was for her to know that!), and she realized quite quickly that it had went from temporary to permanent because of the bleach on my ends. I appreciated her being honest with me about what the temporary dye had done to my hair and how it would be sort of impossible to get it out. I had been thinking about cutting my hair short for awhile so we just went with it! Chopped a few inches off and added some pretty highlights to the top of my head and I couldn’t be happier!!! She is also so much fun to talk to and is great at explaining everything before moving forward. You can tell she loves what she does, and that makes the experience ten times better! Thanks Brandy!!!!

I have had my hair done by Brandy many times. She is fantastic! She really loves what she does and she takes care to do a brilliant job every time! She stays current with every new hair trend and technique, and really paid attention in beauty school!! (To me that is important so I am confident the stylist knows the science behind a good cut, color, etc.) Additionally, she is a doll and really makes me feel special. Overall Artistic Hair Design is a great place; the owner is really serious about her business and takes great pride in her salon. This really shows as she hired talented stylists like Brandy!
