Before meeting Jen and going to the Artistic Edge, I was always nervous about going to a salon and not being comfortable with the hair stylist and the salon environment. Jen has provided the best salon experience I have ever had! Not only was her salon clean and adorable, she is very talented with hair, and she is a down to earth person who cares ever so deeply about her clients. I had read about dry haircuts for some time and wanted to try one. I have wavy hair that I don’t blow dry straight. I have had a great deal of trouble finding someone who does a wet cut of my hair that will allow me to either air dry my hair or blow dry it and allow the curl to remain. Then I found The Artistic Edge online and met Lindsay. She spent time analyzing my hair and talking with me about what I want and I now have a cut I can blow out for events, or just air dry and style and it holds its shape without the need for tons of “product.” She has also explained hair coloring to me and we have come up with a plan to touch up my roots while leaving my hair soft and supple. I am very pleased with the results and the time it is saving me in styling my hair every morning.
